Faith in Healing
Faith is a prerequisite for faith healing; if your faith is not strong enough and the sick have no faith, only God can heal the sick. You have to have confidence that your faith has already been tested and measured.
James 5:15 and the PRAYER OF FAITH shall save him that is sick, and the Lord shall raise him; and if he has committed sins, it shall be forgiven him.
Matthew 9:6 But that you may know that the Son of man had authority on earth to forgive sins (then saith he to the sick of the palsy), Arise, and take up thy bed, and go up unto thy house. God equipped us with self-healing.
The four essential elements (sometimes called “temperaments”) are air, earth, fire, and water. Understanding what each element represents helps us evaluate where our strengths and weaknesses. In addition, healers have found that focusing on the elements can often be helpful when seeking the treatment that best addresses our problems.
Jesus himself performed many miracles of healing, and Christians down the ages have seen this as a prominent feature of their faith. … Changes in healing beliefs and practices offer a window into changes in religious authority, church structure, and ideas about sanctity, history, resurrection, and the kingdom of God.
Air represents intellect, mental intention, and connection to the universal life force. Earth represents grounding, the foundation of life, substance, connection to life path, and family roots. Fire represents energy, a tool for transformation, connection to personal power, and inner strength. Water represents emotional release, intuition, and inner reflection.
Air – Earth – Fire – Water
Many healing traditions and religions incorporate the elements in their practices.
