Trust
Trust – is an excellent connection between you and God.
What is trust? Do you understand its meaning fully? Trust is assured reliance on character, ability, strength, or truth. You need to know yourself before you can trust anyone. Do you trust that everything you do will not put you to shame? Will you trust someone who is not well known to you? Will you trust someone before yourself?
It is essential to know ourselves before we fully claim that our faith will not wobble, that our walk will not wiggle but will walk the straight path of righteousness.
We should not forget that no matter what we do, we must be honest with ourselves; we are sinners, and our bodies always give way to their desires. We can be a saint in 8 hours and a sinner in 16 hours, and those 8 hours include sleeping, thinking of something good, daydreaming of a better life, or being too busy asking for forgiveness.
“Trust in the LORD with all your heart and lean not on your understanding.” In all your ways, acknowledge Him, and He will make your paths straight. We need faith to walk on the road He built for us and follow the directions to the path he curved for us. Following Him the right way is just like having a hint of His wisdom or even close to having the same wisdom He gave to King Solomon. I believe I have some knowledge and understanding of how a man survives under the influence of money. It is not what our souls need, but the Wisdom of God that gives us the knowledge and understanding of Him, the secret of life, and to live with His Spirit.
If there is a spirit that drives us to sin, by faith, we can move our souls using our bodies to reach the goal where we can find the truth of living righteously without too much worldly focus on promises that money can buy happiness. We must refocus every time we are on the battlefield of the mind and always stay where there is light. We cannot fight them in the dark, which is their strength. We should stay focused on trusting God and our faith in Him, which allows us to build a stronghold of enjoyment and a worry-less life.
Jeremiah 17:7-8: Trust in the LORD, be blessed, and build up your confidence that everything is possible. Imagine being happy without the power of money is something unknown in this world, but it is possible. Money cannot buy God’s forgiveness; He cannot be bribed. Salvation is not for sale; it’s a gift. Jesus did not lay down his life because someone paid him for it. Love of money can send you to the dark world they also called heaven, but cannot buy you a ticket to absolute heaven. It’s your choice, anyway, which direction you want to go head-on. I believe that true heaven is the fulfillment of dreams.
To live a simple and good life is hard to achieve in this troubled world. There are so many obstacles, such as deception, temptations, and lies, that our hungry imperfect bodies turned into after the fall of man. But if we trust God, we should not be afraid He will take care of them to protect us. John said to rely on the Love of God; whoever lives in love lives in God, and God in them. 1 John 4:16. God loves a perfect love of the true God.
When we ask God for anything, there should not be a dot of doubt. Trust gives strength to our faith, and hope supports it. Within a combination of true faith t, it can move mountains of doubts and worries. When our heart trusts in God, He will strengthen and protect that trust, which eventually gives our heart full of joy. Does belief in money provide that joy? We are safe with God; He will save us even when the battle to heavenly places is hard to win. Money is the root of all evil and can sometimes cause danger to anybody’s life; it causes sleeplessness, worries, and many things that can also affect health.
When we trust God, it will give us perfect peace of mind and smooth and pleasant living. He will send us people we can trust. See what God said in Isaiah 43:2 “ When you pass through the waters, I will be with you; and when you pass through the rivers, they will not sweep over you. You will not be burned when you walk through the fire; the flames will not set you ablaze.” This is not just a passage we can read as another word in the Bible. This is the word of promise that we should trust in Him; the stakes are all ours, complete protection from life’s trouble.
When we live by trusting God, the Holy Spirit of God will guide us on our path. We are not alone in this journey; we always have God, and His Spirit is within us. If we are heading in the wrong direction, He will redirect us, but when we are in the right direction, we will feel joy, and things will go by quickly. We have to avoid falling in love with money; it is Love, but it’s different. Again I say, Love of money is the root of all evil. Hebrews 13:5 says: “be content with what we have.” God can give us more than enough to help others have something.
1 John 4:1 said: “Dear friends, do not believe every spirit, but test the spirits to see whether they are from God because many prophets have gone out into the world.” Many people are walking and claiming the words they say are from God. Be on guard from these people that will lead you to go astray. They will try to confuse your mind if you lack awareness. Ask the Holy Spirit for guidance every time they come near you. When the time for response is not quickly achieved, wait for God’s timing. Waiting is the measurement of our trust that nothing in between will happen; our steadfastness will protect us.
God is Love; God is trust. Therefore, Love is trust. Our God is all in all.
