Prosperity

Answered prayer is a gift from God; He answered your prayer because you follow His commandments, or we can call it the Will of God.

Follow Jesus Christ as he said, to go to your secret place and pray; are you doing that? When you communicated with the Father, have you asked God why you made that request? Did you thank God after you prayed?

Do we have a clean heart and the courage to ask God what we desire? Do we have a heart of forgiveness that is pure and without malice? Are we humble enough to His standard that He will listen to us? We can go on and on as if there is no ending in preparing ourselves to talk to God. God knows us even before birth, but do we know ourselves as He does? We know He will never leave or forsake us in times of need, not in times of our wants.

Financial blessing is in Luke 6:38, which says, “Give, and it will be given to you: good measure, pressed down, shaken together, and running over will be put into your bosom. With the same measure you use, it will be measured back to you.” “Beloved, I pray that you may prosper in all things and be healthy, just as your soul prospers.” 3 John1:2

We may ask! Why do some almost have everything in their life and some do not? Some were born with a golden spoon and did not need to struggle to get it. Some pray so hard and still not getting what they want to be in life that their prayer becomes void. The answer! We can hinder our prayers for financial prosperity by not cooperating with God and not entering into the doors God opens for us.

Paul’s letter to the church at Philippi commended their generosity in sending money and goods to other Christians.14″ Now this is the confidence we have in Him, that if we ask anything according to His will, He hears us. The Philippi’s goodness was written in the book of life, but Paul’s commendation rewarded them.

15 And if we know that He hears us, whatever we ask, we know that we have the petitions that we have asked of Him”. Paul says that he is full because they gave. In this verse, he writes that God will supply all their needs. The Philippians, in turn, will be full because of the gifts God will give them, according to His riches: Out of His abundant wealth, God will more than amply take care of the Philippians. Philippians 4:14-15, 19
