Power of Faith

It shielded us from getting weak as long as we kept the value of what God said.

As an act of faith, forgive those who hurt you and do not relive their pain; do not store it, release it, purge it into the air until it dissipates, and never return it. If they did not ask for forgiveness, let them; that will be theirs, and you will reward yourself with better health. Never swear or curse, for it will burden your prosperity.

Ephesians 6:10-11 Finally, my brethren, be strong in the Lord, and the power of his might.:11 Put on the whole armor of God, that ye may be able to stand against the devil’s wiles. John 6:63 It is the spirit that quickeneth; the flesh profiteth nothing: the words I speak to you are spirit and life.

Hebrews 4:12 For the word of God is quick, powerful, and sharper than any two-edged sword, piercing even to the dividing asunder of soul and spirit, and of the joints and marrow, and is a discerner of the thoughts and intents of the heart. Romans 10:17 So faith comes by hearing and hearing God’s word.

Faith is a prerequisite of faith healing; if your faith is not strong enough and the sick have no faith, only God can heal the sick. You must have confidence that your faith has already been tested and measured.

James 5:15 and the PRAYER OF FAITH shall save him that is sick, and the Lord shall raise him; if he has committed sins, it shall be forgiven.

Matthew 9:6 But that you may know that the Son of man had authority on earth to forgive sins (then saith he to the sick of the palsy), Arise, take up thy bed, and go up unto thy house.

III John 1:2 Beloved, I pray that in all things thou may prosper and be healthy, even as thy soul prospers.

King Solomon asked God to give him wisdom and nothing else; God gave him everything: wealth, health, knowledge, and understanding. All we need is to know how to ask through meditation on His word. We have to focus on Him and not His blessings and promises. When we submit everything to Him, we will never go wrong.

Romans 10:3-4 For being ignorant of God’s righteousness and seeking to establish their own, they did not subject themselves to the righteousness of God: 4 For Christ is the end of the law unto righteousness to everyone who believes.
