Once saved, are they always saved?

Salvation

Once a person is saved, are they always saved? When people come to know Christ as their Savior, they are brought into a relationship with God, which guarantees their salvation as eternally secure. Numerous passages of Scripture declare this fact.

(a) Romans 8:30 declares, “And those He predestined, He also called; those He called, He also justified; those He justified, He also glorified.” This verse tells us that it is as if we are glorified in His presence in heaven from the moment God chooses us. Therefore, there can prevent a believer from being glorified one day because God has already proposed it in heaven.

Once a person is justified, his salvation is guaranteed – he is as secure as if he is already glorified in heaven. We have to remember that salvation is a gift from God the Father. Technically speaking, God, who sent the Son to rescue humanity from sins, is the Savior. God Saves. The Son who took action is part of that salvation process, and we call it Jesus’ saving.

“8 God saved you by his grace when you believed. And you can’t take credit for this; it is a gift from God. 9 Salvation is not a reward for the good things we have done, so none of us can boast about it” Ephesians 2:8-9  (NLT)

Once we are saved, we are saved, and it cannot be undone. So we don’t lose our salvation, but for those after accepting the assurance of salvation, then turn back to the old ways and lose it, then being saved is just the senses that control our soul or emotional feelings and not the spirit that gives life. So it is stated in John 3:15 that said “that whoever believes in Jesus Christ will “have eternal life, not the eternal soul or immortal soul.”

The promise of eternal life will never be in error as it is written in the Bible that what we believe is free from error. It is harder to understand that salvation can be lost than a guarantee of eternal security. Once we have it, it is ours, and God never wants it back. God wants everyone to be saved and fully understand His word’s truth. There is only one God, one way to be saved, one truth deliverer, and one life source.

To understand why God is impossible, what he gave is because of His nature, God is love which is His nature, and God is the give,r of life. It is also necessary for us to understand that death is the end of our physical life here on earth; it is not because God allows it, but our sin makes it happen.

The wages of sin are death.

We believe that Jesus conquered death and why people still die; simple answers the simple questions because we are sinners, and our human nature made us vulnerable to sin. Paul said we all sinned and are short of the glory of God, and we need a savior, and God by nature is the giver of salvation.

Psalms referred to God as the Savior of man. “I, even I, am the LORD, and apart from me, there is no savior” (Isaiah 43:11).
