The Message

The Power of Focus.

When we only focus on God’s love, we may get disappointed when we do not get what we want. God is a good provider of our needs and will never fail to provide in His ways and time. When we talk to Him with a contrite heart, He will listen to us, but with a rebellious mind and disowning Him when we do not get what we want, we only distance ourselves from Him. We have to seek first God’s kingdom and His righteousness. What I mean by that is to follow His Will and Truth.

Many believers stumble because of the word love.   They put too much expectation like a spoiled child that gets everything. Love is not above the truth of God. Truth shows us how transparent God is to us, so He hates liars. God is faithful to His word because He is the True God and faithful to His word. Many are deceived by focusing on another God proclaimed by man, preaching the prosperity gospel. When the promised gospel did not come true, they blamed it on God instead of the one standing in the pulpit who twisted the word of truth.

If you cannot go to church for some reason, bring the church into your house, and remember, we are the church, the Body of Christ. Continue to communicate with God without ceasing, and read His word. Do not close the door; leave it open until you find that He is the only one that we can lean on and no one else. Repent means to change, not to feel sorry for what you have done. We have to change our attitude towards God. There is no one else besides Him that can do what He can.

The unconditional love of God made us His greatest possession; we are His steward, and we should not break our relationship with Him just because of a promise of luxurious living from the prince of the Air. God is good; let us enjoy our fellowship with Him, and you will be glad you did. Let us completely submit to His command, and He will direct us to the road of eternal joy. We have to encourage others to stay focused on God, concentrate on our goals, and let go of any burdens and hindrances that will only delay the progress we set in our minds.

Trust in the LORD with all thy heart; and lean not to thy own understanding. In all thy ways acknowledge him, and he will direct thy paths. (Proverbs 3:5-6 WEB)

Brethren, whatever things are genuine, honest, and just; whatever things are pure, lovely, and of good report; if there is any virtue, and if there is any presence of patience, there is a virtue, and if there is any praise, think of only one and no one else the Father Almighty. Any praise and worship belongs to Him – Our LORD. Think about these things and be blessed.
