Devastation

Devastation – Destruction

We do not see anything worse yet; the gift of grace is depleting, and human continue to do what their flesh enjoy and ignore the name of the one true God. Why water is used to devastate the lives of humanity? Is it not the promise that God will not wipe out human lives again by flood? Genesis 8:11: “I establish my covenant with you that never again will every creature be wiped out by floodwaters; there will never again be a flood to destroy the earth.”

God makes a covenant that all creatures with life will never end with a flood again. He made the rainbow appear as a sign of this covenant. This is a covenant made by God alone to Noah. Covenants have two types: 1st Covenant by God alone, with or without the party’s consent. 2nd Covenants involving two parties in agreement both have to agree. It is God’s one-way covenant so he will keep that promise. Humans in Noah’s time continually sinned, which grieves the heart of God. His graciousness extends the life of humans to 120 years instead of wiping out all of a sudden without extension.

“And every living substance was destroyed upon the face of the ground, both man, cattle, the creeping things, and the fowl of the heaven; and they were destroyed from the earth. God blotted out or wiped out all human and animal life. He caused the flood. As Creator and Judge and God, He acted out of His authority to execute …Genesis 7:23

The dragon has awakened with great power to conquer what she wishes to possess. What we see now is just a dot compared to what is going to happen when the time has come that grace is exhausted, reaching its limit, nothing has changed, and the outcome is the final destination of human life. Have you seen any rainbows lately? This catastrophe is almost worldwide, though different in forms. Are flooding, typhoons, earthquakes, wildfires, man against man, and country against the country all signs of the end of the ages? How much more time is left? God gave Noah 120 years, 40 years to the Nineveh in Jonah’s time, and to Moses 70-80 years. Do the millennials have no time set? 2030-2033 years could be the possible end of the ages. Many are saying the end is near, but when? It is left unanswered. At least it was claimed to be a natural disaster, and no one blamed God for it.

Spiritually speaking, it’s part of the grace set to a specific time and automatically activates and releases nature’s wrath. Without repentance and going back to God’s protection, human is doomed. We put corrupt leaders in power, misinformation deceives people, and these people work for corrupt politicians without considering the effect it will bring on young minds and not realizing the harm it will bring to the whole country. This is evil work and should not be supported and be exposed to the public for total awareness. This move may bring displeasure to this influencer but could also open their eyes to good deeds.

Corruption drains the country’s treasury, leaving the future generation impoverished. Since everyone is directly or indirectly involved, no one will be spared because everyone is connected. All have sinned, and we are part of whatever is happening now. Whatever mistakes we made in the past, we can still correct them by not supporting these politicians, and what they are doing at present is all connected to human error and abuses. Listening to human understanding is not acceptable due to an unsettled mindset. “Trust in the Lord with all thine heart; and lean not unto thine own understanding” (Proverbs 3:5).

We cannot interpret the scriptures by our understanding without the corresponding confirmation from trusted and mature, well-spirited individual approved workers of God, rightly dividing the word of truth. We can know the word, but without the complete understanding, it is vulnerable to falsely divided words of truth and not completely blessed with wisdom. The three foundational truths must accompany the wisdom of God to acquire excellent knowledge and understanding of what was written.

“May the God of hope fill you with all joy and peace as you trust in him, so that you may overflow with hope by the power of the Holy Spirit.” (Romans 15:13)
