We can be natural and spiritual. (Short#3 of 5)
We use our tongues to sell what is in our minds. Some may buy it, and some may not, which is the Gift of free will (freedom to choose). We have to listen to what we hear, but it doesn’t mean we will do it until we are told so by the Spirit within us. Do not make a hasty decision. How do we know the right decision? Through signs, either visually or through dreams? Or God will send somebody for confirmation of the decision to make. Our tongues will deliver good results if they are from God and are suitable for building strong followers fitting the needs of new converts. And may as well give Grace to those who hear, especially those who doubt God’s Word is true. Our tongue must avoid cursing or abusive language. Let everything that comes out of our mouths say good things and help to encourage those who hear them.
Every person without the outpourings of the Spirit is spiritually dead like dry bones and cannot even see the Kingdom of God. We need to be born again, a new birth, a new creation, born from above, the Life resurrected from being dead from sin, is a gift of Grace: Jesus Christ, the Grace of God, sent to this world to deliver the love letters of the Father— the Word. The Holy Spirit is the sovereign work of God in us. Without His guidance, we will never find the accurate translation of various Bible versions. God’s Word is accurate, and with the guidance of the Holy Spirit, we may receive revelation from Him. We depend on Him and never turn our back on God. When we do, we need regeneration through reconciliation, which results from God’s sovereign initiative. We need to establish a relationship with the Father; as stated in John 6:44, Jesus says: “No man can come to Me unless it is given to him of the Father.”
The Gospel of John 3:5-8 message says, “Unless one is born of water and Spirit, he can’t enter into God’s Kingdom. That which is born of the Flesh is Flesh. That which is born of the Spirit is Spirit. Don’t marvel that I said to you, ‘You must be born anew.’ The wind blows where it wants to, and you hear its sound but don’t know where it comes from or where it is going. So is everyone who is born of the Spirit.”
Born of water and the Spirit means born from the above or new birth, which means Life. Signified and initiated with God, and not with man. God is Spirit and gives Life. God’s wholeness is pure, and to enter the kingdom of heaven, we must be pure, fully regenerated, and cleansed from sins. God’s mercy will bless us with renewed Spirit by the Holy Spirit (Titus 3:5). When we refer to the kingdom of God, we mean eternal Life.
Thank you, Lord God, Jesus, and the Holy Spirit, for your guidance and protection in our daily journey.
