The Message

The Work of the Trinity

The work of the Trinity is within us.

The original 12 apostles were martyred for teaching the truth of the kingdom and God’s great purpose. Jesus was crucified because the accusers did not understand their own Bible, or maybe they had their desires, and Jesus was on their way. There are ongoing discussions that Jesus was crucified not because of His religious teachings but because the kingdom He was preaching was misinterpreted as a threat to the Empire.

Centuries after Jesus’ death and resurrection, many religions sprouted, and the Catholics, who held the most members, were divided. Different Christian denominations spread like wildfire, which divided the union of Christianity. The Orthodox Church has its own, as do Christian reformers or Protestants. These Christian Reformers or Protestants called themselves born-again Christians to gain many members. However, because of the failure of the infamous word “Protestants,” it doesn’t attract members that much.

Religion cannot be the only way to God. It can also be a false method of having a relationship with God. Religion became deadly, including the persecution of non-members, and it separated the human race instead of living side by side peacefully. On the other hand, religion can also be valuable in that it points to the fact that there is a God to be loved and feared and that we are somehow taught to be responsible for the souls of others to get into the system for direct accountability to God.

We should be aware that the spiritual world is around us, and there is no way it will let us go so quickly.   We must remember that our spirituality is on guard and points to something beyond this physical existence that we need to connect, as our interaction with God is Spiritual, and with our fellow believers is physical.

We have four gospels in the Bible, and one out of four points to Jesus as God. Jesus never claimed He was God but never rejected it, either. He once said there is a potential for men to be gods, and He said: “that the Father (God) and I are one.” His accusers interpreted that He leveled himself to God, which turned out to be blasphemy, which was punishable by death. Nevertheless, the followers of Jesus asserted that He is God, which led a group of people to form the “Jesus Only” movement later on called Oneness of Christ or Oneness believers.

Oneness Christians believe that Jesus created all things and that He is the Word that existed before the Word found the world. Please note that the Word only became in the Word of Jesus when He appeared in the flesh. God sent the Son down from heaven through a Virgin birth to become flesh. Jesus-only believers have no fear of omitting the involvement of the Father and even acknowledging the Father as the Almighty One is not part of their notion.

Only One Almighty God, the Almighty Father, will never share His glory with others. Jesus said that the Father is mightier than Him.  Why do we need proof when Jesus has already declared it?

The truth is, 1Corinthian 8:6 says: “Yet for us, there is but one God, the Father, from whom all things came and for whom we live; and there is but one Lord, Jesus Christ, through whom all things came and through whom we live.” This verse and the rest of God’s Word teach us to mention His Word and not confuse orders; see it. It speaks of God, the Creator of all the things on earth, and the things in heaven and above are all His creations, His masterpieces, and no other can claim them. Therefore, we must be thankful to the Son that through Him we are reconciled and learn all about the Father, and through His sacrifices, the redemption of our sins happened.

The Almighty Father, His Son Jesus Christ, and the Holy Spirit formed a triune God with the exact nature but a different style. The Spirit of the Father is solely His, and the Spirit gives life. The Word is the Father’s attribute. When the Father Almighty utters a Word, it has to happen and exist. He created everything.

With the Spirit of the Father, the Son became a god and was born in the flesh by a woman, making him fully human. The Holy Spirit of God is available to those willing to offer their body as a living sacrifice. It means everything that will work for God’s glory can be God’s. The two natures of the child of God, flesh and Spirit, can be gods.

God, in the Anglo-Saxon language, means good. When somebody says you are God, it doesn’t mean I must worship.” Praise being good is good enough. During the Old Testament, God is called the LORD.

The indwelling of the Holy Spirit with humanity is the only way we can be partakers of God’s Divine Nature, which blesses us with power and authority; a change of heart, humility, and compassion become traits, and the quality of life becomes more peaceful and worth living.

John 17:20-23– “I do not pray for these alone, but also for those who will believe in Me through their Word; Wordt they all may be one, as You, Father, are in Me, and I in You; that they also may be one in Us, that the world may believe that You sent Me. And the glory which You gave Me I have given them, that they may be one just as We are one: I in them, and You in Me; that they may be made perfect in one, and that the world may know that You have sent Me, and have loved them as You have loved Me.”

The Holy Spirit equips us with God’s armor to fight the good fight of faith. Unfortunately, some groups of Christians and other religions do not understand our stand as Trinitarian Christians regarding the force of the Holy Spirit in our way of life. Though the Trinity is not written exactly what they want to see literally, it is there, the same as the Word Bible. It is not written, but we believe in it.

Without Holy affections, all human knowledge is worthless. They can call as many gods and lords as possible, but I can only call the One True God and One Lord; the One God that made it all, and power overall, will take over and take them all to their knees. Every God will bow and submit. The sole object of all creations that appreciate His work and the Lord Jesus Christ, the Mediator and Lord of all, is that through Him, we know the Father, and with Him, we may receive eternal blessings.

Jesus Christ requested the Father to send us the Holy Spirit in place of him for our comfort, and the Father blessed us with His Holy Spirit, who is within us now. By the influence and working of the Holy Spirit, we may discern false teachings, false prophets, their gods, and lords that they idolize and come to the knowledge to come to God by faith in Christ, which has an eternal reward.

When the church began to be divided after the success of the Reformation, the movement started a noticeable birth of self-righteous Christians who went against other Christians not in line with their newfound knowledge. They are proud to be called enlightened Christians, the born-again Christians who went above and beyond the responsibility of saving what they called lost souls.

Christians are ministers of the gospel, meaning that we are servants of the good news who need to serve the message to people willing, without coercion, to listen to the work of the ministry. To reach out to people who have not heard the gospel of Jesus Christ through evangelism. Jesus Christ, in any religion of the world, heard about his name; that’s how popular his name is, and he doesn’t need an introduction for it, but encouraging them to be Christian is too personal and private for them.

Members of other religions are faithful to risk their lives to protect it. There are still places where you can enter their community, but you cannot get out alive. God will not send those ministers in harm’s way that may cost them their lives. God knows, but sometimes we go over our heads, feeling we will receive a big reward when we succeed. Big or small, successful or failure, will get the same reward. God is not impartial, and we are not in competition with other religions. Christianity taught us to offer our body a living sacrifice, but how good will it become when you are dead? We have to use the wisdom of God with the help of the Holy Spirit and not our gut feelings.

There are religions that when you force yourself, it will only cause bodily harm if not death. Nevertheless, it is happening; some even brought their family in missionary work to burn alive. Some workers work without noticing that it is already late and cannot find any place to sleep, so they decide to sleep in their cars and get attacked. The Word of God has been preached throughout the world, and every man possesses a free will to exercise, and God’s goodness will never interfere with that freedom.

Philippians 1:18, NLT: “But that doesn’t matter. Whether their motives are false or genuine, the message about Christ has been preached either way, so I rejoice. And I will continue to rejoice.”

Paul said, “For if he that comes preaches another Jesus, whom we have not preached, or if you receive another spirit, which you have not received, or another gospel, which you have not accepted, you might well bear with him.” 2 Corinthians 11:14.

When proselytes got into Paul’s path, he was adamant and more assertive about his preaching. However, many apostles feared him because he was known to persecute Jesus’ followers, so they let Paul do his way and become the Apostle of the Gentiles, as he claimed that Jesus made him so.

The church’s leaders need to clarify the four gospels, which teach four different Jesuses. However, these teachings should not conflict or be confused.

Peter and Paul preached two different Gospels, confusing people about which was true. One was the Gospel of Circumcision, wherein people had to submit to the cutting of skin and had to feel pain; the Gospel of Paul was the Un-Circumcision and was more bearable because there was no submission to physical pain, but only dealt with the circumcision of the heart. Therefore, it was termed the “Gospel of the Grace of God;” Acts 20:24; 1 Corinthians 15:3-4). Which one will you choose when both have a promise of salvation? Most likely the painless doctrine.

When I see a Christian persecuting another Christian, I feel embarrassed. Being a new born again Christian (Protestant) doesn’t mean we are above other Christians in knowledge and authority. We do not want to be branded persecutors of brothers. Self-righteousness is not the brand we want to hear. The Bible tells us Christians should not meddle in other people’s business but worry about their affairs. Our focus will not be cloudy, and our minds will not be distracted if we do things right.

Paul stated, ” What we eat or do not eat does not make us more spiritual.” Therefore, we must practice what is fruitful and promising to live a life full of blessings under the Almighty’s wings.

May God bless and keep you always.

In the name of the Father, and of the Son, and of the Holy Spirit that is within us. I submit!
