Meditation has its foundation in ancient philosophy that continues to grow in popularity into present day contemporary literature and practices. Meditation affects the spiritual, mental and physical thus influencing persons’ decisions, desires, and actions. This ultimately leads to recreation of an individuals’ character as a whole. There is power and science in meditation: the energy that is generated from head to toe; followed by a component of complex vibration; and the development of heat and light energy while in the process of meditation. Concentration must be free of mental distress or agitation, fear or worries, no environmental interferences that would break meditational focus. In addition, proper arrangement and position of the body is necessary. It is advisable to do meditation in a sitting position this will lessen the human body’s tendency to fall asleep during a relaxed phase. Although relaxation of the body is a key component of meditation, the mind must remain sharp and alert because meditation require a conscious state of mind.

When you do the meditation, you do yourself a big favor, It can reduce your stress, gain calmness, enjoy every minute you are in a trance. and can strenghten and regenerate a greater belief system. Your relationship with Father and The Son, that you have never experience before. You may feel that they are by your side. Jesus who showed as the way, delivered as the truth of the Word and gave as a new life by being new creation, born again from above . in order to make your meditation a success a quiet surrounding is needed, no distractions and full of spirit.
