Health Wise
Issues with: Blood Sugar; Cholesterol; Triglyceride; Digestive System (Enzymes); Osteoarthritis (knee pain): These listed supplements are for my personal health issues and does help. After blood work I decided to continue with these supplements which I was taking before the blood work instead of prescriptions with side effects. This may help you but first consult your doctor and have a blood work. Note: High doses of Omega3 are needed to lower triglycerides and should be under the supervision of doctor's care.

Iron-deficiency anemia is the most common type of anemia and some people may not experience symptoms. It is suggested to visit your doctor and self diagnosing is not advisable. You may need a complete blood work.

Side effects in taking iron supplements: stomach pain, constipation or diarrhea, heartburn, nausea and black stools. Side effects usually decrease as your body adapted with this supplements but this will not be an overnight deal. When taking iron supplement Vitamin C will help increase your iron absorption, so is advise to take also the vitamin C.

Common signs and symptoms of iron-deficiency anemia and not limited to tiredness, pale skin, noticeable heartbeats, headaches and dizziness, lightheadedness, feeling short of breath, dry and damaged hair and skin, sore or swollen tongue and mouth, restless legs, Extreme fatigueand brittle nails.

• Amylase: Break down carbs like starch into simple sugars
Enzymes are also made in the small intestine, including lactase, maltase and sucrase. Prostrate - Saw Palmetto 4 capsules per day I tried many brand and Spring Valley Brand bought from Walmart so far works. I started as recommended in the bottle 4 capsules a day. I stopped and went to Urologist as suggested by my Primary Doctor and got prescribed with Tamsulosin (Flomax), no co-pay but not too much success, I started taking Saw Palmwto again and I dropped the Saw Palmetto to  2 per day and now works for me; no problem with the flow.

Bladder- Over Active Bladder - 6 capsules a day Dr. Tobias' Kidney/Bladder supplements. I did the recommneded dose for 2 months then reduced to 3 capsules per day. After a year I only take 2 capsules a day. I tried to stop taking it but the problem reoccured. I do not understand why it became a maintenance for me. I may try the 1 capsule a day soon. Supplements are expensive and not covered by my health insurance.

Malabsorption- My body cannot absorbe nutrients and after I have been diagnosed with malabsorption and started monitorinng my bowel movement and noticed that my body cannot absorbed fats. The free samples of creon has been consumed and looks like it works, so I asked for a prescription from the doctors office, I recieved a phone call from the Pharmacist and told me if I want them to continue to fill the prescription that will cost me a co-pay of $800; the total cost of the prescription was almost $7000.00 and the insurance will pay $6000.00 and of course I said no and started looking for alternative and blessedly found the pearl like tablets (Earth Pearl- Pro and Prebiotic) I took 3 a day as I reach to fully consumed the whole bottle in less than a month; the wonder begins I do not go to restroom in a hurry and as often as I did before, due to financial restrain I looked for alternative brand and found a Probiotic-Prebiotic with 40 Billion CFU and it works too. I will try again the Earth's Pearl and this time just one tablet a day as also recommended. I prefer the Earth's Pearl because of easy swallowing and since it is really so small, I do not think there are rooms for fillers.

All the information provided herein are based on  my experience and my own research it is not an advice to replace, change or substitute  to whatever you are taking now as per your doctor's prescriptions. I mentioned some brand names but I am not in anyway promoting their brand or getting any monetary gain. That is the brand I am using at this time and can be chaged as I get more results based on the benefits it gives my body. Right supplements work but you have to be careful as they are not regulated. Our Doctor back in New Jersey is very careful in increasing his prescribed dosage and surgery is not in crossing his mind. I was advised by an Specialist to undergo a knee surgery but my primary Doctor told me not to decide fast and told me to adjust my diet. That was 39 years ago. I befriended with a Pastor /Missionary and he told me that  his biggest mistake was subjecting himself to undergo a knee surgery. I believe diet, little exercise and less stress is the way to a healthy living. May this informaton help you with your health issues and I pray that the Holy Spirit continue to guide us with our journey in this troubled earrth.
